http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z9nVpO1Dvfk Though one of the commenters says this was arranged to be fake, it says a lot about Beck's character to come off all the more like a blow-hard who has this callous regard for lesser life forms. |

| Glenn Beck is absolutely fucking crazy– and I'm not even including the fact that he is a Mormon in that diagnosis! |

I didn't know he was a Mormon. He looks like a Baptist music minister who can't control his urges. Fucking hate the guy. |

| Glenn Beck is a tool. His Mormonism only heightens his already astounding stupidity. |

| I note, as an outsider in the UK, that he uncharacteristically makes little reference to his Mormonism. Perhaps even deep in his addle pate mind he realises even his credibility would be forfeited if he admitted it? |

What credibility?! ..Anyway, You may be right, but then again, I can't say that I know the specific religious denominations of any of the Fox Spews commentators. (O'Reilly, Hannity) nor the religions(or lack of?) of the leftist commentators (Olberman, Matthews, Maddow, and Schulz). Huxley, Do you get MSNBC in the UK? or just Fox?..I was just curious. The only foreign news program I get here is "BBC World News". |

Matthews is one of those Irish Catholics. It seems that almost every damn time he and Bill Maher chat, Matthews can't help himself from trying to make Catholicism appealing to Maher. It's always "the pope agrees with you there" or "he has the same stance as you on this issue. Isn't he awesome?"* Maher always looks at him like, "What the fuck are you doing? Shut the fuck up." Though, last time they spoke, on Maher's HBO show, Chris didn't mention it once. There was one exchange they had back at some Democratic rally last Summer that was priceless. MSNBC last Summer was crazy as all hell; I was waiting for someone to get punched out on the air. Olbermann and Matthews were damn near ready to throw down. It got so bad that MSNBC shook up things and brought in David Gregory to host all of the special political events, as Matthews and Olbermann were getting into arguments with everyone, including each other. It was pretty awesome TV. Olbermann was talking to this one guy and literally said, "Are we paying this guy? Why does he have a job here?" He then proceeded to call for this guy's (Mike Murphy, I think) firing while the cameras still rolled. Honestly, Olbermann had a point; Murphy was wasting everybody's time with his act. Here's Matthews bitching out Olbermann from last Summer: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i1pLMSaPTi8 And Scarborough vs. Shuster: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ijWmkXp_hK0 MSNBC was very amusing last Summer. *I made that last "awesome" part up... but that's Matthews's message, pretty much. |

I know that Fox Noise pundits Hannity and Oreilly are more Catholic than the Pope but as for the rest i dont really care. I mentioned Lonesome Roads GlennBEck because even Mormonism stands out as batshit crazy. He might as well be a scientologist (and Id bet you he'd be the fist to denounce the latter). Thing I like about Olberman is that if he has any religion, you wouldnt know it. I like Olberman; just seems like a reasonable guy to be honest. Boz, I can get Fox Noise, CNN, ABC (through skynews) and CNBC on occasion. I have to resort to watching Olberman and Maddow from MSNBC on line and I feel cheated I cannot access them by other means. Id rather watch those than the fucking belligerent, dumbfuck bastards, O'reilly and Hannity. from Fix Noise. Incidentally, following O'reilly's 'interrogation of richard Dawkins recently, Dawkins was asked the other night if he minded going head to head over Evolution etc. He said, I dont mind having rational discussion with rational people but on the other hand you have O'Reilly! Pissed myself at that one. within two minutes O'reilly managed to explain his 'theory' to Dawkins and called Dawkins a fascist. The stupid prick managed to say that he thinks Dawkins is obsessed with him!O'reilly and Hannity and everyone at fox News (withe the exception of Shepard Smith) are the biggest bunch of dickheads I have ever observed. |

Hux, agree with you 100% about Shepard Smith. And guys like Hannity and O'Reilly don't realize just how stupid they sound trying to debate against guys like Dawkins and Hitchens. Hitchens hit the nail on the head when dealing with Hannity; "You give me the awful impression – I hate to have to say it – of someone who hasn't read any of the arguments against your position ever." It's right here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5INo7W2P-Jk Do NOT try to shout down or speak over Hitchens because it won't work. And, though I sort of roasted Matthews in my last post, I do like his show a good amount of the time; Rachel Maddow has my favorite one of the bunch, though. |

Sheperd Smith was outstanding the other night whilst taking us through the emerging massacre at fort Hood. Everthing was going batshit all around him but he kept a cool head and just anchored the whole thing magnificently. Whilst the Fort Hood incident is a terrible horror that upsets everyone, it did keep Beck of the air for two nights running. |

I am warming more and more to Keith Olbermann and Rachael Maddow. Virtually every noight the former launches a sequence called "Worlds Worst" and its nearly all about Hannoty, O'Really and Beck. They just play video of what they say and then explain what actually happened. Example: Hannity spent an entire show berating in horror, Obama's address to congress about Healthcare. He kept saying he was taken A-back (sic) at Obama saying the insurance industry people were bad people. All his guests were agreeing. So when Olbermann plays the tape you could quite clearly hear Obama saying........(these people dont put up prices) because they are bad people. They do so because they have to make a profit. AN entirely different statement. I fucking hate Hannity and O'really (the conscience of America as they call him) and All they need to do is replay bit of Beck to show just how fucking batshit crazy the man is. He was rambling on and quoted one of your amendments regarding immigration and importation. Beck said this harked back to a time when it was worth something to come to the USA. Olbermann pointed out it was a bill of immunity from prosecution for the importation of slaves! Quite clearly giving the founding fathers wiggle room to bring in slaves before the question could be resolved years later! ANd heres Beck lauding it as free enterprise and a wonderful marker for the USA. The guy is a prick, a Mormon prick and a waste of decent oxygen. The only strange thing about Kieth olbermann is that he used to date laura Ingraham. What a fucking mismatch is that? |

I was hoping this would be a video of Glenn Beck in a compromising position, but apparently I misread. I'm glad I don't have cable anymore; I only watch internet news shows and read news from various locations. I know one woman (in her 70's) who's constantly posting videos on Facebook of Glenn Beck telling us how Evil Obama is a communist socialist nazi moron who is working against the American people. I guess he's right if you define "communist socialist nazi moron" as "somewhat liberal" and "American people" as "morons." Not that it's stupid to disagree with Obama, but this woman I have in mind spent about 2 days arguing back and forth with me about how Obama was born in Kenya, grew up in Indonesia, and secretly hoped to destroy us all with his evil health care. So, yeah. Morons. Edit: I should add, regarding the woman, that I actually showed her the photos of Obama's Hawaii birth certificate and conclusively pointed out how impossible her Indonesian theories were (not that he was in Indonesia, but that he is Indonesian), all of which she dismissed with excuses about her vision problems.
