OK, so you all know I'm a Big Brother fan and have been watching this season pretty closely. Yeah, something interesting has happened to say the least. I'm in the rubber room after all! So, this chick Natalie reads the bible nonstop everyday and quotes passages until the directors want to kill themselves. She plays the moral high ground card and tells everyone God is on her side and that the "good" people will prevail. She says she feels America is sick of all the sick, immoral people on TV and they are ready for a change. She attacks the only atheist in the house - James - for his beliefs and claims God won't let someone who is "evil" win this game. She says she'll never vote for him to win if she winds up in jury. Here's her little bio: Natalie worked as a stripper in Vegas for something like 4-5 years. She now sells coffee while wearing a bikini in Oregon. She has also had 2 abortions. Here's where it gets interesting: she used her boyfriend's urine to pass some test so she could get breast implants while pregant for the 2nd time, and then got the abortion afterwards. She's also the biggest liar and hypocrite in the house, and on the second night, gave Matt a blowjob on television and swallowed. She's done that a few time so far. She's also delusional, but I probably didn't have to say that. There are other christians on the show, but none have behaved the way Nat has. I have a real problem with that bitch! You know, last season some christians attacked my Sludger mate Dick, calling him "evil" and all because he was an atheist. They (2 people) all talked about how God would stop him from winning, and the "good" people would wind up winning. These people also made racist remarks on national television, and one of them was a crystal meth addict with a child who lied about a pregnancy to get cash from a boyfriend. Dick played a pretty straight up, honest game and he played his ass off in the challenges. Wasn't the least bit hypocritical. And you know what? That old goat actually won the fucking game! Strategy, performance in the comps, alliances, and his intimidation won him the game. This season, I'm rooting for the gay Texan, but I'd love to see the Atheist take out that bitch Natalie next week. The gay dude was actually going to dump ketchup on her and crack some eggs over her head and tell her that they were her "abortions" but the show called him in to the diary room and stopped that dead in the tracks. Yeah, that gay dude has been on an absolute rampage. Josh definitely keeps me watching this shit. The producers are all afraid he's going to kill somebody. I just fucking hate people like her! She counts "and" as a fucking letter in the alphabet! |

| I'm surprised you're not also glued to soaps with all the drama. Nevertheless, you make me wanna watch clips. |

I fucking hate soaps, man! Too many stupid twists, and too many "emotional" storylines. It's all fake you know? When I do watch TV, it's usually comedy, some documentary type thing, or something kick ass with depth like Dexter. What I like about Big Brother is that it's 24/7 so it's all completely real from a social standpoint. It's like a study of sorts. I watch way too damn much of it, but I dig that it's real. The CBS edits obviously try to create characters, but the live feeds are all real. Plus, it all comes down to survival and money and I don't watch much sports, so, it's really the only competition type thing I watch. If you want some cool clips though, search "BB8 Dick" or "Evel Dick" on youtube. That dude fucked some people up last season. Really, I just like to see some great gameplay like Chilltown did, or I just want to see someone call people out on their shit and break them down. But yeah, people like Natalie get me absolutely livid. I've met her type before, and they make me absolutely sick. I can't believe we as a country are still quite some ways from passing that barrier. |

| Soaps do have an appealing soft porn element made primarily for lonely housewives who need it bad! But yeah, for the rest of us, they suck. Even 24 this season sucks, totally sucks. I enjoy watching House. It's just so well intermingled with drama and medicine. I sit and watch it with my own "doc," Dr. Pepper. |

| Critiquing movies has put too much of a disconnect between me and anything I watch. I seldom watch something just for entertainment anymore, and when I do, it is on the spurt of the moment. I wanna see more Al Bundy. |

Uh... you do realize you're saying this to a guy who has a quote from a contestant from Survivor in his sig, right? That ship sailed about a decade ago! Love my TV. Like watching some shows and stuff on the net too. There's some damn good stuff out there (like "The Power of Nightmares") that they just won't play in the states, you know? At the moment I'm caught up in the NBA playoffs. Like I said in another thread, I missed most of the last Cleveland/Orlando game because of a gig. Caught LBJ's final shot, though! Actually, I've got a lot of my usual shows to catch up on. Probably 6 hours worth of shows. Just haven't had the time. Hey, just as long as you're watching the TV and not the other way around, it's all good imo. Plus, you can't fall into the whole propaganda trap. You know other problem is out there, especially with my generation? People expressing their "individuality" and "creativity" through the work of others. Edited by Bonzolee, May 24 2009, 04:18 AM.
